A: Mitchell’sNY Logisitics makes over one thousand on-time deliveries per day.
Q: What types of services do you offer?
A: We do it all! Mitchell’sNY Logistics Services include foot courier/messengers, trucking, warehousing, pick and pack, third party logistics and time service and facility management.
Q: How can I schedule a delivery?
A: If you already have an account setup with us, you can login to your customer dashboard and schedule a delivery. If you don’t, call us at 800-662-2275, email us at logistics@mitchellsNY.com or contact us online and we will get you setup in no time.
Q: How long will it take to complete my delivery?
A: You can contact our Customer Care Department at 800-662-2275 or by emailing logistics@mitchellsNY.com they will be able to provide a detailed delivery time.
Q: Can I be notified when my package is delivered?

A: Our automated Proof of Delivery system is an extremely useful tool in time-critical situations. This free service enables you to obtain a receipt (via email) seconds after your delivery has been completed. Each notification includes critical information including the pickup and delivery times, signature and date.
Q: How can I request a quote for my delivery?
A: You can “Request a Quote” and once submitted a Customer Care representative will contact you within fifteen minutes with a competitive quote.  If you have any questions, you can also call us at 800-662-2275, contact us online or email us at logistics@mitchellsNY.com .
Q: How far in advance can I schedule a job? 
A: You can schedule a job up to one month in advance by contacting our Customer Care Department at 800-662-2275, contact us online or by emailing logistics@mitchellsNY.com. A Customer Care representative will also confirm the job the day before.

A: Yes, our couriers are bonded.
